Took the bike out today for a good countryside road ride with some friends, steering damper is already showing it's class.

Feels like my front tyre is twice as thick. Great handling, no head-shake even coming hard out of corners and that's just on standard base setting.

Turned it up by one full rotation to go through a 1' Ford river crossing, 100% stable, easy peasy.

BUY ONE !!!! You'll like it :beerjug:

I did that once, on the hoof on the trail. I fell off at the next bend because I couldn't move the bars!!

Haha, there are 22 clicks total.... I was backed off 8 clicks (one rotation).... So I added another 8 clicks (one rotation)... so 6 clicks left to max.

Maybe I turned it the wrong way back to zero by accident, but it never felt bad :D

I must pay more attention next time :D

Fitted one of those air deflectors, but had to trim it down so the Scotts Steering Damper would still fit.

Haven't actually tried it yet, need to take it out.
