Accidentally found a KTM dealer in Nottingham whilst looking for somewhere in Little Tennis Street in Colwick to print a number plate for me.

They have a showroom full of mostly enduro bikes in there but a few road bikes too. There is a sold 790 ADV R on display which is being shipped to the US for its first ride, and a couple of non 'R' 790's in for sale. The next 790 ADV R they were expecting was around May/June.

They also have a demo 790 Adventure (well it would have been rude not to). They also mentioned that their rates are lower as they are a smaller dealer, and will be super competitive. Sounds like they started doing parts, made some success of that and have now branched out into off road and road bikes.

RBW.

I popped in to have a look/chat yesterday. They certainly have put some effort and money into setting the place up, very swish! I had a chat with the sales guy Glynn who seemed sound and, yeah, Dean is there in the workshop ~ think I'll give them a try :thumb2

A quick update............

I had my big service done by the guys last week as well as an unexpected new clutch so it wasn't cheap but, hey ho, that's all part of the joys of running a big, modern bike.

Dean (ex Leisure Trail) did all the work and Ben, the workshop manager was my contact. I had a 200 mile old 790 Adv as a courtesy bike throughout.

I can't praise them highly enough, professional yet approachable and down to earth and Ben was brilliant at letting me know the score throughout as well as 'helping' with the final bill.

Only downside was no hand written invoice...............

Defo. recommended and they'll get my business again :)
