Broken off right indicator switch

Please call me names.

When you've done that a question-can the red 'button' be replaced or is it a whole assembly from motorworks, and a skilled professional to fit it?

I think the hardest part will be getting hold of a replacement button on its own. Theoretically, it should be possible to replace it though.

If it’s the same as a 2002 gs I might have a spare one.i need to see if I can find it

Good luck with the switch - is it just the external grey lever you need? Might be worth calling Motorworks, they may have a broken unit they can salvage one from.

No its a red one with a 'right' arrow on it. Old style Bmw buttons. I will be calling motorworks tomorrow.

Fixed it. Found a youtube vid on how to remove the switch itself. This gave me the access I needed to get in there and superglue the fracture.

All good.
