OK so it won't be to everyone's taste, but for me this is just gorgeous and has all the styling cues of its generation.

Even if you don't like its style, maybe you like its simplicity. A motorbike, stripped back, nothing more or less. No riding modes or hill start on this beauty....

Spotted today at Jack's, Bagshot.

They really are beautiful bikes aren't they :)

A very old mate used to have a 250 that he ran around with us on back in the day. He let it turn into a heap of shite at the bottom of the garden and after years of saying he was gonna restore it finally realised he had neither the time, skills or money so sold this pile of junk just over a year ago....................

The buyer contacted him last month just to show him what he'd done. One big bank loan later and my mate has bought it back off him :)

I love that yellow one!

After with Mark about covering the battery.
On both of them.

Casn't be 100% sure but both look like Mototrans units ie spanish made, built under licence from Ducati. Forks are the main giveaway, can be confirmed by the chassis numbers (IIRC Mototrans start with MD, Ducati with DM). Love the colour of the first one, gorgeous.

Many years ago I lived opposite the workshop doors of Bill Selby Motorcycles in Doncaster; he was a distributor for Ducati singles. I often watched as they uncreated the bikes and built them up on the pavement, followed by an impromptu 'test' up the road and back. Nice looking machines.
