F850GS/A Bar Risers - Cable Issues?

Interested in hearing from anyone who has put risers on the bars that can comment if the OEM cables are long enough.

Strangely, the F850GS is one of the first BMW bikes I've ridden where I was totally happy with the ergos and wasn't longing for risers / backs. I've yet to ride the 850 GSA though. Really impressed with the new 850 generally though! Shame it's not shaft drive and tele-lever / anti dive like the 1200 / 1250. I've put risers on all other BMWs though.

I've fitted the Touratech bar risers on my Adventure - they came with a new sleeve which Touratech suggests to mount to keep cables sliding smoothly, but there's no need to add any length to the cables. All in all, a 15 minute install, including fiddling a little to get the bars just right. Well written clear instructions too.
