Just a quicky to thank Paul at Jefferies.

My Nav 6, purchased in March 2017, was replaced by Paul when it let water in and drowned the screen, about 3 months later.
There after though, it would randomly change screens backwards and forwards and I kept putting off going back with it.
After seriously pissing me off a few weeks back I spoke to Paul and was told that the warranty had expired in March, the date of purchase of the first unit.
Paul suggested that I write a chronology of faults to assist BMW to consider a goodwill replacement.

AND they did.

I now have a brand new unit, albeit with no warranty.
