MOT Day and a Wee Run

Morning folks, I have taken the day off work as the bike is booked for its mot, so I thought I would go for a wee run seeing as the weather is great today.
Being an unsociable bastard as I get older I thought I would give myself a shake and share a wee account of my day as I go so here we go. If anyone wants to add or pisstake then batter on.

Right, first off, down to John Reid's garage in Kirkintilloch, my home town. John has been doing my mot for years and is a great bloke and a biker himself.

Just under an hour to wait so nip across to the Golden Arches for brekkie and get today's routebin my phone. I'm heading a circular route from home via Inverary, Tyndrum, Killin, Callander and home again.
Order breakfast at McDonald's. Order number 46 !! That's an omen for a good day

I was brought up in Chryston and as youngsters we cycled the back roads around Auchinloch, Lenzie, Kirkintilloch and up to the Campsies. Brings back memories to see the names mentioned on here, happy days :thumb2
