How do I add a profile picture?

Settings (very top right); edit Avatar (left column)

The easiest way if you aren't really sure what your doing is to have the picture you want to use saved to your computer/phone etc, then as above. Click on the 2nd option to upload from your computer.
The other way is option 1 where you paste the image code from a picture thats online somewhere.
