So you go and buy say, a 1981 R80 GS for £13,000 and it gets stolen at a filling station or rider error smashed and written off.

Whats the likely level of insurance premiums that would be required to to get your money back ?

At that age/value, a classic bike policy; around £150ish.

Amend that to a classic bike policy with agreed value on the bike or bikes concerned.

The classic bikes I own are insured via Footman James and they have an agreed value add on feature costing only £20.
That add on is for all of the bikes insured, not per bike.
