So should be getting mine in a week or so. Any recommendations on mods, it’s already got a Remus end can on so I’ll stick with that. Worth a de-cat? And I will no doubt in time take it to Geoff.
I’d like to get a side stand foot enlarger and a luggage plate to go on the rear seat. Not sure if I’ll wamt to replace standard screen yet but any recommendations on that pls.
Other than that don’t think there will be much to do.
Looking forward to it....

Look at altrider stuff for luggage plates and foot enlarger, great quality.

Adventure bike shop is one of UK resellers.

Both Nutty and I use their bits on our bikes past and present. If it is good enough for a “Nutty Tart” it sure good enough for me.

Can’t comment on screen, as I do not own a T version of the bike.

Probably be my next bike....... I really want a Super Duke GT but after 5 years on my GS Adventure, it felt too small underneath me.

They seem to be a good value second hand purchase.

Is the after market QS up and down??

The healtech is up only; had a translogic QS on my GSA which was up shift only....works perfectly

Nice looking bike. Is the de cat easy? Presume it’s a new set of headers? Hilltop will be done methinks as well.

Also interested in what you think of the QuickShifter, gear box seemed pretty slick as standard...

A few of us have had our standard headers decatted. There’s plenty of exhaust/ welding companies that will do the job for not a lot of money.

As Nutty says, there's plenty of places to get a cat removed rather than fork out for a complete set of headers; mine was done @ a performance car auto shop.

The QS is excellent...seamless changes up the box (sounds nice too with the bop, bop, bop through the gears :D), then clutched changes on the way down....

There's a set of already decatted headers in the for sale section for £130. A no brainer i would have thought, if that's what you want.

Thanks for the heads up. I missed them.....

Instead of Hilltop you might want to try Chris a Steedman at CJS racing. That’s where my shilling is going.
