Hello everyone!

A new member and new GS owner in Sheffield.

Picked up a 1995 R1100GS locally with 9000 on the clock. It’s in better nick than my 4 year-old R9T.

Got it yesterday and today fitted a new seat lock mechanism and the BMW roundels and ‘Touring’ badges to the panniers.

Collecting a NOS top box tomorrow to complete the luggage set.

Looking forward to learning lots. I’m a member over on TZ-UK and I know there is some cross-over so might see some familiar names/avatars :)

That's well tidy mr barker; i thought i had done well picking a 12;000 ml one owner jobby up a few years ago; but 9,000 will take some beating; yellow seats rule.:D

Very nice.

I love the yellow seat. Makes the bike look like an angry wasp!
