We hear a lot of negative reports about insurers, for me I.A.M underwriters Ageas have just been top draw with there handling of my recent accident in france.
I returned last monday 17th phoned them to ask how to proceed, they asked me what i wanted to do, either get someone i prefered to quote for repair, or they would collect it and get a quote to repair for me, the choice was mine i chose the former, got the quote to them tuesday afternoon and my repairers got the go ahead on wednesday afternoon, the damage came to £1875 the bulk of this was the right hand silencer at £800. so all in all top class service.
