Anyone know what the warranty period on Motobatt batteries is?

Purchased from M&P in March 2018, but is now not holding its charge.

Below and then probably depends on who you bought it off.

Warranty period:

· Motobatt Quadflex 12 months from retail sale or 18 months from wholesale sale, whichever comes first.

· Motobatt Lithium

"P Series" = 12 months from retail sale or 18 months from wholesale sale, whichever comes first.
"HP Series" = 24 months from retail sale or 30 months from wholesale sale, whichever comes first.

· Motobatt Deep Cycle 24 months from retail sale or 30 months from wholesale sale, whichever comes first.

I had one give pack up in the same time scale, I would not buy another.

Mines threw its tits up a week before the warranty expired. M&P replaced it with no issues!! Sold it on mind you and bought an alternate battery

I recently fitted a Yuasa YTX14H-BS from Tayna Batteries to my 2011 R1200R, they seem to have the best prices, everything in stock and very fast delivery.....this Yuasa has 240CCA which I think is as good or better than most alternatives.

My favourite batteries in link below, not cheap but new technology is never cheap, and not had any problems with any batteries bought or jump starters the XP-1 is brilliant for our bikes, kicks over big Harleys easily.

£500 for a battery! I'd expect it to power me to work for that money, not simply spin the petrol engine into life!!!

Weird the one on my Katana is about 6 or 7 years old and still going strong and the one on my CCM is over 4 years old
