Original battery units are a tad old and weary now so began looking for replacements...
A company trading as ‘Cameron Sino’ (Hong Kong) supply them via Amazon ... cut/paste into Amazon and you’ll get there:

There are several prices ranging from £7.00 to £19.00 ...they are all the same battery!
Replacement is quite simple using a small T8 torx tip screwdriver, a sharp blade and some double sided tape...several vids on you tube.
Worth noting is the batteries coming from Cameron Sino have the connector attached so no cutting/soldering required.
The hardest part of this job is disconnecting the connector ... time and patience are your friend
