Heading to Dubrovnik this evening, can anyone recommend a cheap hotel with secure bike parking in or near the city?

Last time I was there I found a small B@B type of place right by the old city wall with garage parking. That way you can walk into the Old city early in the morning before the cruise ships arrived and unload the tourists about 1000hs .
There is nobody about before 0900 . Best go about 0630 and you feel the place better. After 1100 you can`t move until about 1700 when the cruise ship passengers return to their ships.
When you leave got to Mostar . Well worth a visit but again has become a day trip now for the cruise ships . Do the same wander around early or late.
