TFT Dies Then Recovers

Has anyone else had this and is it a known fault please?

67 plate - c2000 miles.

Had same issue with a 67 plate GS Rallye. Solution is a software upgrade and either 3 hours hanging about in the showroom OR 3 hours out on a demo bike.
