Looking advice about Insurance.

I have received a email from insurance company and they are not going to insurance me next year . I was in accident but I didn't claim on my insurance. So what are my choices. What do I do when filling out forms . No claims have been made as yet . I can't write it on here so if anyone wants to PM I will tell them what happened . Thank you
