Bluetooth Headset/intercom

Hello -
I currently have a Bluetooth intercom for my helmet - solo rider to listen to music etc it was from ALDI so its good but, I now carry a pillion, so would like to be able to listen to music, speak to a pillion and my satnav, is there any systems out there that will let me do that?

I will be using it more solo for music and sat nav but would like the option to speak to the better half, or not.................
