bought my 1150 in 2004, with 996 miles showing, now showing 100.532. Never thought that I'd do those miles or keep it that long.:blagblah

total miles since I bought the GS in 2004 including other bikes is 177,000 miles, ish.

Is the fine steed not worthy of a picture here to celebrate the achievement? Be good to see it...and well done by the way :)

This was a few years ago now.... my 650 single X Country I bought last July with 11,400 on it, it is now on 35,287 :D

Bravo. I had a similar sense of achievement passing the 100k mark on my 02 GS.
Now at 135k miles I'm wondering if I should replace the original HES and driveshaft - as a precaution. Thoughts anyone?
I'm hoping the clutch will make it to 150k.

Another 32k to go.......mostly riding my RT at the moment though. :)

My bought new by me 800GS is 10 years old today. 118,342 miles.
Getting to the 100k mark was a good feeling as others have said.

Indeed .... broken out of the crate, by me, back in April 2008.

149,000 miles later, after fitting new steering head bearings and chain and sprockets (not the first of course) :D

No corrosion, no issues
