Engine Management Light on Start up? R1250GS

Hi There

I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this. When I press the keyless button and the bike goes through diagnostics the following things happen:

ABS light stays on (amber)

DTC light stays on (amber)

Engine management light comes on for about 10 secs then goes off... Is this normal?

I've checked vehicle status and it says OK, but the battery voltage is only at 12.5v. I did do about 100 miles today.

So ignition on, not started? If so that sounds fine

Yes ignition on, not started... Just don't think i've noticed it before.
