SRC pairing with TFT problem

My Schuberth E1 helmet and SRC comms are about 3-1/2 years old. I have been unable to update the SRC and it will not par with the TFT, although it knows it is an SRC.

I downloaded the Schuberth Bluetooth updater programme but I’d doesn’t find the device.

Is it possible the SRC is too old to be recognised?

I’m using a MAC do have an adapter between the cable and laptop.

Anyone have first hand experience that can direct me, thanks.

I did have the SRC but traded for a Sena.

If you have a nav 5 or 6 ,it’s easier to connect the SRC to the nav and then the TFT to the nav, hence using the Nav as a hub !

If that’s T’s 3yrs old it might need the Cardo update app

My daughter plugged it into her Windows tablet, checked the software on the Cardo website and surprisingly it’s up to date.

Next is to delete it all and connect the SRC to the Nav and the phone to the TFT. The Nav vi connects directly to the TFT, without Bluetooth.

Success, pairing the SRC to the Nav and the phone to the TFT. I haven’t tried music, but if it doesn’t work, I shan’t bother as its really only for incoming calls.
