Bought a cracking bargain here for a complete LED spotlight kit for F800GS.
Including brackets, 2 X DENALI D2 2.0 LED Pod, switch & all wiring.
For a £100, bargain or what..

Fitted today to my 2017 F700GS..

What a joy to fit..
Plug & play wiring, including a trigger wire off the sidelight
( but changed it as the headlight wiring is sealed, so took it off a other live feed )
Had to change the spotlight mounting bolts to slightly longer as the 700GS's front plastics are narrower & would of rubbed, but only took 10 minutes.
( you could bend the brackets inward, but I'm as week as a kitten so changed bolts ) ;)

The switch is aluminated that changes colour for on/off.

Now I've had all sorts of non OEM parts fitted to my array if bikes over my 43 yrs of biking.
Including 6 F series twins & I can honestly say the fit, finnish, quality & ease of installation is second to none. :bow

Highly recommended & these would fit a 650GS twin as well.. :thumb

Very powerful to boot.. :bounce1

Absolutely no skills or specialist tools needed , just a set of Torx & Allen keys :)

I also have Cyclops H7 LED headlight bulbs, expensive yes but well worth the cost.
As night turns to day when out at night... :drool

Denali Sound Bomb Mini 113dB Horn highly recommended as well :D

Kin piccies loaded rong way round FFS :blast

Cheers Ash for the post it will help me in the future and now I know why I am saving my pennies up.
I was planning to fit mine to crash bars but now I am thinking about that after looking at yours. Did the mounting brackets come with the lights or were they bought separately?
It looks a bit like the offset mounting kit I have seen on the net!

Nice one Ash, just a thought but might be wrong, would the soundbomb not be better pointing downwards as to not get filled with water:nenau

To high up to get watter in ( you can see air intake tube above ) + it was a better fit that way, because of the outer plastics..
But can see what you mean..

;)

You can buy them separately

Hi Ash
Could I ask a favour, is there any chance of a close up picture of the longer bolt arrangement?
As I see it at the moment the longer bolts will still rub against the fairing.
Sorry if that is a dumb statement.
Thanks in advance.
Paul

They can't rub now. ;)

Of course you could bend the brackets inwards a tad.
I never had enough strength to do that.. :(

Or use a different bolt set up from mine.

Having hand / arm disabilities I did the best I could especially as darkness was coming. :blast

I was going to get even longer bolts, but it works well so I won't bother..

I just used what I had to hand..

And thread lock.. :D
