Great advise as usual from Wapping, but just wondered if you’re using the correct lead to transfer files as it sounds like part of the time delay is sending files from pc to Nav, also, when you connect your Nav to your PC it can sometimes take a minute for your pc to see it, you will see your Nav at the bottom of your list of routes/files in BC, don’t attempntransfer until it appears at the bottom
