My gear lever end snapped off whilst out for a ride the other day.has anyone else had this happen. its just the end piece with the rubber. Dealers says its not covered by the extended warranty. I have put a bolt through the original hole and covered it in a rubber tub so it looks ok and works fine.
As with all things you cannot just replace the pedal you need the whole unit £98 pounds plus fitting.
Ill live with my fix at that price
Had the bike 3 years from new andI have covered 28000 miles in that time but it does feel a bit like Triggers Broom with all the new parts fitted under warranty in that time
