Picking up new gsa 1250 Saturday and was wondering if buying a mud sling and fender extender really worth it? Nippy Norman’s sell them as a pair but not sure if really need it. Any thoughts welcome as don’t want to spend £150.00 plus on something not needed.

Cheers.

Go to ‘m_and_p’ on eBay and you will find both items (non branded) for about £20 each.

I have had at least 5 of the originals over the years swapping bikes, the cheap ones above do exactly same job and save your wallet getting fleeced fora bit of black plastic that costs buttons to manufacture..

they are defo needed. The mudsling not only stops the rear spring getting crap thrown at it, but it also stops it spraying out the side so that your lower legs keep clean. The front one stops the engine plate getting blasted with stone chips. I agree they are expensive but as above cheaper ones are available
