    Sproxton Camping Weekend 15/16/17 November 2019

    Details

    Accommodation:

    Sproxton Cricket Club
    Buckminster Road
    Sproxton
    Melton Mowbray
    Leicestershire
    LE14 4RB

    Sproxton Cricket Club - Camping - bring your own tent. We'll have access to the pavilion for toilets, kitchen and showers.

    Cost £10 per person. Please pay into my paypal account. This is for the Cricket Club and to cover any tea or coffee etc. at the pavilion. Anything extra will go to the Cricket Club so that they'll feel better about us using the venue again.

    There will probably be a road ride and a green lane ride on the Saturday. Please let me know if you're happy to lead one of these. Mikeyboy will be able to help with green lane details of the area.

    I'll post up details of the pub when we get them, but they'll do evening meals and in the past have organised breakfasts for us, but we will need numbers for both.

    If the pub has a function on, which is highly unlikely, we will be able to self-cater, more details will be forthcoming should that situation arise.

    Please post on here if you are attending and if you need feeding Friday and/or Saturday evenings, along with Saturday and/or Sunday breakfasts. Obviously, the £10 only covers camping at the cricket club.

    Attendees:

    Tufty Friday/Saturday meal and Saturday and Sunday BF GL
    Flatdog Friday/Saturday meal and Saturday and Sunday BF RR - Paid
    PM Vern Friday meal and Saturday BF GL - Paid
    Timaloy Friday meal and Saturday BF GL
    Mistacat Saturday BF RR
    Derek Saturday BF RR
    Mikeyboy Friday/Saturday meal and Saturday and Sunday BF GL

    Tbolt Awaiting requirements RR - Paid
    GSite Saturday BF RR
    Skid06 Friday/Saturday meal and Saturday and Sunday BF GL - Paid

    RR = Road Ride
    GL = Green Lanes

    Hi Tufty,
    Can you put Derek and myself down for the Saturday breakfast and the road ride.
    If you are short of someone to organize the road ride we don`t mind doing it again.

    Pub is booked for us.

    They also have two double rooms and a twin room B&B. All free for that weekend as of this evening.

    They said they will do you a deal if you say that you're part of the weekend.

    Just for you, I've been out in the bloody dark, wind and sodding rain, and done an oil change for some gloopy tractor style mineral stuff.

    xx
