Hello,

I have a GS 1200 LC. Not the Adventure.

I notice that the GS Adventures have an adjustable rear brake lever... which presumably helps a lot to reach the rear brake when standing up on the pegs.

Two questions :

Can this same part be fitted to the "normal" (ie the GS, rather than the GSA) GS 1200 LC ?

Same questions for the GSA footpegs which are much larger than the "normal" GS. Can the GSA footpegs be fitted to the normal GS ?

I think both would make standing up a lot more comfortable.

Does anyone know if these parts are inter-changeable ?

Thanks!

Hi, have them on my gs exclusive 2018. perfect fit, no modification.

Yes Adventure footrests,Gear lever and rear brake pedal fit the regular GS, I had all of the above on my GS Rallye and was pleased with them, all removed and sold now except the Adventure Gear lever which has an adjustable tip pm me if you’re interested in it.

I find the boost for the pedal is only useful in steep decents with mx type boots on when your weight is right back over the pillion seat and the boots simply will not allow articulation of the ankle past 90.

Not needed any other time as you are at risk of trailing your brake.
