rear discs

I will need a new rear disc on my 2012 1200R

Brembo
OEM
EBC

Which to chose? I am a bit wary about Brembos because their replacement discs for airheads seem to warp in under 5000 miles

any issues with EBC?

I’d check what Motorworks have before buying new. Incidentally are you replacing because a dealer told you to? I’ve found that they err on the side of caution and I would check the disc myself before buying. JJH

Dealer told me last year that the rear disc was below manufacturer's limits. Passed its MOT twice since then! Heading for its next service at the end of this month. They will doubtless inform me again and I will doubtless note what they say and ignore them ... again! I did buy a new one from M&P in their sale last year. Still in the box.

OEM is Brembo. Do a search for Brembo and you can probably get one for about £80. A BMW one just comes in a different package and costs about double.
