A quick heads up for any of my mates that use Klim gear.
After my accident in Bosnia my jacket had a small tear and my pants were cut off and discarded at the scene. I contacted klim regards fixing the jacket to which i was told about their....Product Care guarantee...
If you have an accident within five years of purchase they replace your damaged kit for new. I only claimed for jacket and pants but they want my helmet to as although undamaged they want to edge on the side of safety.
Now that's what i call customer service.
You will need the police accident report to justify your claim but its one to remember.
I received a full set of gear within a week of starting the claim. All the latest models too.the bike on the other hand is scrap.
