MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM.
If you suspect that your product may have a defect, contact your supplying dealer without delay with valid proof of purchase.
Garments authorised for examination and/or repair must be cleaned and returned with all liners, braces and protectors removed (unless the liner or protector is the subject of the warranty).
How old is the jacket. Did you buy it new from a dealer. Do you have the receipt? If yes contact dealer to organise. If out of dealer/tikka warranty contact gore tex to see if they can help
