This might be worth having as a sticky thread as it comes up often enough.
I've just had a bike lift delivered by a really nice guy which I found through Shiply.com (thanks to Mark (@PlatinumMotorcycles) for the tip). It was a door to door service and I'd highly recommend. I got his card which I've attached below - best to contact by phone/text/WhatsApp.
