Maybe, but the now obligatory subscription version starts getting very expensive as does MS Office. I'm afraid I can't justify the attendant additional expense of upgrading to 64 bit only Catalina.
Probably have to eventually........

I do have a full CS subscription. It'a about 50 quid a month (I've both had periods where I paid it myself or when, like now, it is paid by my employer but I manage the Adobe accounts for the company, I set up a variety of subscriptions for different resources here).
I'm not a big fan of subscriptions as well, but I have to admit Adobe's one is quite a sweet deal. A ton of Software, AdobeFonts/Typekit subscription included in the price.
You do have to deal with Adobe's less than desiderable update cycles and procedures, true that.

Compared to some mobile apps that ask 3 quid a month for a bloody alarm clock... not bad

Haven't used CS6 in a while, but I would be surprised if it didn't encounter some pretty serious issues on more recent OS versions (prior to Catalina).
