I am looking for a pair of warm quilted over trousers, no armour needed, doesn't have to be specifically for a bike (maybe walking/fishing/horse riding trousers?)

Just something to pull over my jeans on a cold day. Ideally with an elasticated waist, that can rollup and be stuffed into the top box

Something like these

Can anyone recommend anything?

Roger.

I have a pair of Mountain Warehouse ski trousers, black, size XL with detachable braces that I can sell you.

I bought them in February of this year for one trip to Norway to see the northern lights. Used once but you would never know. No rips, cuts, stains, unpleasant odours. In short, I’d describe them as ‘As new / perfect’

I think they are near enough the same as these. I didn’t take much notice of the name when I bought them, so am having to guess from the description.

except I would definitely call them black, which I take to be the colour in the picture.

£30 plus p&p at cost. Can post on Monday.

Richard

thanks but i am a "medium". 32"/32"

The leg length will be OK. Don’t forget that you’ll be putting them on over your jeans, which will add width to the whole. They have belt loops and Velcro ‘adjusters’ on the waist band.
