Microsoft Outlook and Spam

Microsoft Outlook - the full version - accessed on my office desktop running Win7.

I'm being inundated with spam - about drones, medical miracles, the usual weight loss stuff etc. etc.

I use Ignore or Block Sender, but it still comes.

How can I stop it please?

As an aside - when I access it on the laptop it's via Fasthosts Webmail and is a less functional version - could this be the problem?

Or, you could consider changing your email address, if practical? Then start afresh by advising only those parties that need to know of the change to regain control. I realise it can be a right PITA if you are running a business.
