Torque settings for final drive torsion bar

Hi guys can anyone help with the torque setting for the torsion bar that sits just above the shaft drive on my 68 plate te executive?
I had a look at the manual but can't find it thanks in anticipation

I have one for a 14 plate gsa te... though my torque arm might be calibrated different to yours...

It's a paralever strut...btw
