Hi everyone,
I wonder if any of you has has a similar issue with the BMW NAV V:
I had the NAV V paired with SENA 20S and my iPhone Xs. It used to work fine, I used to make and receive calls through the NAV V with no problem.
However, at some point around July and before heading for Europe, I noticed that as I tried to call home the screen wouldn't even display the usual handset sign of attempting to make the call. On the Sena 20s the call tone was ringing but the call never took place.
I thought initially was a network issue, but I soon found out that it happened all the time. As I needed the GPS for my Europe trip, I decided not to pursue the issue until my return.
I now have the GPS and bike back and have tried all sort of pairing possibilities but all unsuccessful.
I've been contacting Garmin and trying to sort something out as the rest of the unit is working fine.
Has anyone had a similar case or has any hint or solution for this?
Thanks and regards
Jorge
