Hi,

I have an original starter on the bench, all it needs are clips to secure the magnets.
If I had the clips, I would know the spacing was good and I would glue them back in place.

Anyone know where the right clips can be found?

(BTW, I replaced it with an ARROWHEAD starter motor from Motorworks, working fine.)

Thanks,

Bin

Years ago I had mine drilled and bolted in place by Erich Demant.
No idea how he did it though:)

Euromotoelectrics are in the US of A.
They have a excellent range of electrical parts and accessories and a good range of service parts at competitively prices which I usually add to my order to offset the postage.
BMW Oz / the states only dealer doesn't do either spare or service parts for airheads, so I have to order in everything from overseas anyway.
So I build up a little stash with each order, sometimes even fit them for my mates------. .
