Quick release front axel puller

Made some of these up this morning. Sold 3 already to people I know.
Made from billet alloy.
If anyone is interested £25 delivered:)

I do not intend to bash your product, and it looks like a beautiful machined item. But why would I want to replace my steel axle for this one?

That was was my thoughts. Not sure the axle butthe locking nut.

What I cannot fathom is that I need a spanner for the remaining pinch bolts ?

It’s not an axle replacement, just a handy tool for extracting the OE axle. At least that’s what I’m hoping.......

Exactly

It has no effect on any part of the original axel. It all works exactly the same as it did before.
The reason for this is to pull the axel if its tight instead of having to try and hammer it out from the nut end when the wheel is removed. The nut stays in place
Some times if the grease dries out you need a drift the axel free

It's a wiggle bar, if that makes more sense :thumb2

This is the ktm version I made. Nut is the other end :thumb

But if you allready have the hex adaptor for loosening the axle, why dont you just use that?

The lc hex is a different size to my old air cooled one, plus the lc axle doesn’t unscrew like the old one, it just pulls out when everything is loose, and this tool will give much better purchase on it for pulling...
