Map on SD card and internal storage

if indeed the complete map set is on the internal storage as well as the sd card i can see no reason it should be on both, i would however just check as they are exactly the same (as in size on disk) before i removed the one from the sd card.
There is no harm having the maps on both.
My devices have always done it. It happens automatically. If they work, just leave them alone.
The most useful thing you can do, if you haven’t done it, is to install the same maps to your home computer. It will save you plugging in your device each time you just want to fiddle about in a map.
