Aarrggh. No priming sound on my XChallenge when I turn the ignition on... help!

The bike has been sat for a few weeks, but ran fine when it was put away.

Should say, I've just had the battery out for replacement as the old one was on its way out. Charged the new battery the other day and "offered it up" to see if it would start, and it did.

I didn't fit the battery there and then as I was doing a few other jobs w
hilst the panels were off, and ran out of time. Properly refitted battery just now, slotted it in and now no priming noise when I turn they key.

All dash lights showing correctly I think... although possibly not the flashy oil temp light now I think about it.

Fuses all seem intact – is there a separate fuse for the fuel pump hidden somewhere?

Anything else I can check?

Test all the safety interlock switches as they would prevent pump running : side stand , clutch , kill switch

Have you got access to a GS-911 as you can test run the pump from that

Thanks... at work at the moment so hopefully with a decent charge in the battery overnight and a bit of pushing and pulling it'll sort itself out!

Fingers crossed it's something straightforward... otherwise I have no clue! :blast
