New bike yesterday

I think the back ends look better with the standard number plate brackets, but with a rack mounted over them. Of course you need to remove the hump/cowl too.
More practical too!
Those minimising kits that replace the light, indicators and hanger look all wrong to me.

Lovely bike either way. Fairplay on getting stuck in on the filthy roads too!

Rack and a decent hugger is practical and looks ok.

What a difference post run in makes. First day 125 miles and £15 pounds of super unleaded- today 124 miles and fuel light on - took £17 pounds to fill her up.

Finished tweeking

Fitted: front fender extender, engine guards, screen, barend mirrors, tail tidy and splash guard also lowered footpegs. Have panniers in the loft for when this coronamadness is over. Now my only dilema is which of the non identical twins to take out. Its a hard life sometimes !!

A pair of cracking looking bikes. I do like the Thruxton. It'll be very hard to decide which keys to grab on a (post-covid) sunny day :)
Enjoy!
