Just treated ourselves to Cardo Q3 intercoms, and 2x new Shoei Neotec helmets, for an upcoming European tour (if we're ever allowed out the country again).
I already have a TomTom V5 which works superbly (without a headset connected), and an iPhone 6s.
I've tried to pair everything as per a TomTom support video: pair the Cardo with iPhone on Channel 1. Pair the Cardo with TomTom on Channel 2, then pair the TomTom and iPhone together. All seemed to work ok sat in the house. I took it all to work today, mounted up, turned it on, plotted the route to work, and turned on the radio.
As far as I can see everything disconnected. No spoken directions from the TomTom. TomTom showing no connection to headset or phone. Most annoying.
Not much point to all this gear if you have to keep stopping to play with technology that's supposed to just work.
Does anyone have a 101 for getting this all kit working right please?
