Does anyone know if there are any differences except the price

I don't believe there's any difference. Though maybe they've tightened the hose clamps on the 2020 model?

very minor differences (few nuts and bolts here and there)
otherwise nothing.
2019 is the same as 2020
its only the things that they don't tell you about (same part number) that you don't know about.
