Looking for a California restoration job

The other one can go into store for a later date - this one is a belter and worth a bit of investment.

Yum yum...

I’d sack off the III and concentrate on the real California..

Thanks chaps, and for your advice along the way.

I’ll start another thread on the rebuild.

I will need mental health and technical support, and probably someone to buy one of my kidneys, so stand by.

cali 3 ff , rare bike , no more than 10 in the country . THAT is early FI model . even rarer . do not butcher it. do not throw away anything from it , you will find it hard to replace bits if you throw it up the road.

strangely, i have a cali 3 ff carb, on my bench right now !

Remember this? Look at it now

Well actually you can ask but I don’t know, a mate of mine did it. I’d say £3-4K? And lots of hours.
