Swing arm goes on, pivot bolts fitted

I thought here was some massively complicated torquing process for these, but no. Make sure they’re sticking out the same amount each side, that’s it.

And final drive, rear caliper carrier and rear wheel. Lovely.

Rear suspension looks a bit stiff mind.

Never new Dunlop did bearings?

SKF to me is a given, but Dunlop? I thought they were Rubber bods

It's looking very nice :)

I close all the ports off with clean rags and put the sparkplugs in to prevent any debris getting into cylinders

I once had the carb off a Montesa so shoved a rag in the inlet, a mate came round and pushed the kickstart down before I could say anything. The rag dissapeared so head and barrel off to retrieve it but no sign, heads were scratched, a screwed up rag had shot across the gap and hid in the airfilter box.

It's looking good, rolling.

Change the worm drive clamps for the air filters, they don't look good!

Oil went in today. Let’s see how much is on the floor in the morning ...

And now it’s on wheels it gets the fancy cover.

And washers and spacers... I have no time at all over the next 10 days, so you won’t see much for a while I’m afraid.
