r1150 rear brake master cylinder Question

Anyone know if there is a difference between an ABS rear master cylinder, and non-ABS?

Following servoectomy on my R1150RS, I find the rear brake to be very harsh, almost an on/off feel.

Would a master cylinder off a non-BS bike be more progressive?

Realoem.com all parts listed for all bmw. Two different diameters 12 and 14.29 for different years

Check your caliper first. Does the caliper move freely along the sliding pins. If not then clean and grease them so that it moves easily.

Not an issue with the caliper

May be worth stripping the master cylinder and checking the bore and seals. Easy enough to do. Ive done a few and occasionally get internal corrosion on the bore.
