If you remove the flange,and heat the casing with a hot air gun,you might be able to get it out undamaged,

clutch pushrod seal is in backwards too
It’s stopping the gearbox oil entering the shaft bore.
If the gearbox built up pressure the oil could in theory lift the seal lip,.
With the correct orientation it would increase the pressure on the seal lip
Hope that makes sense
. Also the three other seals are in the conventional way
Byron, you can borrow my torque wrench for that gearbox nut if you like? It's man enough (sometimes I'm not!)
