R1100GS front shock

Hmm..I think my front shock is on its way out..it feels too soft and its on the 2nd last notch..its done nearly 70000 miles so probably the oil will be like water by now

..I cant stretch to a new shock @ this moment in time ,would one off an r1150gs fit ? I could get a good low mileage one ..well lower mileage than mine ..lol cheers

Yes 1150 gs shock fits the front

Firefox do a sort of own brand shock, I bought a front for my 1100gs - can’t remember how much but it wasn’t expensive. I did 70K miles on it and it was still fine.

Give Denz0 a shout here from personal experience ( Two set rebuilt) you won't do better on value for money and workmanship. If you buy a 2nd hand one you are essentially buying a unknown shock if you get Denz0 to rebuild yours you are starting off with a brand new one .
