Embed Youtube clip

Notice in the various sections of UKGSER some peeps refer to YT clips using a linky eg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h0sMldqzemU but others are able to 'embed' the actual clip featuring the imagery etc directly into the ukgser Movie or Music section (or whatever) which is more convenient. FWIW I can attach photos ok on here but what's the trick for embedding (if that is the right terminology) YOUTUBE clips in a post on here????????? TIA

go to the YT vid you want to embedd

click share

the lh one is embedd

highlight the block of text starting iframe and ending iframe , & include the <> symbols

Doesn’t work if you are using a phone or iPad because by default you’ll be on the mobile version of YT . Switch to the desktop version first and then use the above advice ..

I only ever post from an iPad or iPhone and even I can do it.

I only ever view the desktop version of any sites on both devices.

Use the video button to paste the address

or type the following bracketed words around the address

so it looks like this........
