Newbie

Hey all!
New to the website but been riding for 40 years.
Had over 30 years on Sports bikes but I am now loving my 2016 BMW R1200 GS Adventure Triple Black.
I don't ride slow but I don't ride stupid either.....
Been doing short trips to France for the last 3 years - 2-3 days at a time - which I really enjoy and hoping to do a bit of Holland and Germany when the current situation eases.
I used to live in Germany from the age of 10 to 13 and it was the best time of my life.
Also looking for other GS owners in East Anglia (I am in Suffolk) for ride outs.
I work shifts so often ride during the week, not just weekends.

'Tractors are go' I'm a Mackintosh, my dad was born in Perth and brought up in Comrie.

His ashes are scattered at Loch Maree, his favourite place to stay.
